Luke Linhoff wins the Fredrick H. Stoye Conservation Award!

Congratulations to FIU PhD Candidate, Luke Linhoff for winning to Fredrick H. Stoye Conservation Award! This competitive award is given yearly at the Joint Meeting of Ichthyology and Herpetology (JMIH) to the best conservation talk and comes with a several hundred dollar cash prize!

Luke’s presentation titled “Evidence of domestication processes in captive-bred amphibians and implications for conservation reintroductions”, described the first evidence of behavioral domestication processes in captive amphibian populations.
